I liked the atmosphere and design. The staff is friendly. The portions of food are large, but my steak was overcooked.
Went out for dinner with a friend. The server recommended the chicken club and it did not disappoint. The truffle fries are always a favourite too. Kate was our server and she was amazing, awesome service!
This is a very cozy place to eat. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Nice combination of wood floors, exposed brick, live-edge wood tables, and brass accents. The wait staff are friendly and professional and will give you all the time you need. Fairly big menu including delicious desserts.
Amazing atmosphere with exposed brick, a cool glass garage door style window/door, lighting with some mood to it, my fav place in Woodstock. Food is delicious, lots of options. All kinds of drinks to choose from, beer, to coffee with some alcohol, or not, mixed drinks. Live music from time to time and very friendly staff. In the summer months there's a little patio out front that adds a whole different, warm summer vibe right on thr main street.
Hands down my favourite spot in town. IRONWORKS has been my go to spot for the last little while and I have to say, the food is always amazing, the staff are always welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is like no other. I love how many different dietary needs are met through such a flexible menu and the live music nights that the restaurant hosts! Can’t wait to keep going back, Mark has truly created an incredible spot over there!
I ordered a beef stew that had lots of beef pieces a forkfuls of potato pieces. The taste was rich and delicious but it came as more of a soup than a creamy gravy base. It came with a generous portion of 4 pieces of garlic bread which were toasted. The meal was hot! And the service was lovely! She went the extra mile to place my stew in an additional container in case it spilled
Our dinner was absolutely delicious! My friend had the Pork Schnitzel and I had the Braised Short Ribs, which were perfectly cooked and the wine reduction was superb. Compliments to the Chef! Not only was the food a knockout, so was the service. Our server Danielle was friendly and attentive. Although the restaurant was full, the service was fast and we were checked on frequently. We will definitely be back!
Visiting this place through years (they had their ups and downs), and they've been so great recently! Service improved so much, and food is so good. This restaurant has a very unique interior, so now everything is added in one great local gem. Definitely recommend it to everyone! My respect to the owners for keeping this business improving and matching your customers' expectations!
